Long Essay
This essay will be 500-800 words long and will need to answer a prompt of your choosing from the following bank:

1. You’re sitting down with a major aerospace leader who wants to hear your ideas. What would you say to convince them to invest in the next generation of Latin American aerospace pioneers? What specific actions would you encourage them to take?
2. Every pioneer brings something unique to the mission. What is your personal “superpower” as a future Latino leader in aerospace? How does this strength help you uplift others, solve problems, or reimagine what’s possible?
3. Aerospace and aviation are rapidly evolving industries that require both technical innovation and diverse perspectives to thrive. What is one innovation—technical, social, or cultural—that you believe could transform the aerospace industry? How would you use your platform as a Latino aerospace professional to advocate for inclusivity and progress?
4. You’ve just discovered a brand-new celestial body—a star, planet, or constellation—and now it’s yours to name. What images, colors, cultural roots, or dreams reflect your personal journey into aerospace, and how do they inspire the name and symbolism of this new object in the sky? Tell us what you’d name it and why it represents your story, heritage, and vision for the future.
