By selecting driven, ambitious individuals seeking internships, the fellowship offers access to invaluable mentorship, hands-on industry experience, and professional development opportunities. Through this initiative, we strive to break down barriers, empower diverse talent, and build a more inclusive and innovative future for the aerospace community.

Tatiana Michel

I am a Robotics Engineer at Honeybee Robotics, a Blue Origin company, and a 2023 Brooke Owens Fellow graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I studied Aerospace Engineering and Technology as well as Management.

Isabella Eby

I am a senior at the University of Florida, dual majoring in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, in which I will pursue a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Tech. I am a 2024 Brooke Owens Fellow, and have had the opportunity to work with Blue Origin, Lockheed Martin and Aerospace Corporation.

Amanda Gutierrez Nieves

I am a junior at the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez Campus in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering . I am a 2021 Patti Grace Smith Fellow and a 2024 Brooke Owens Fellow, and have had the opportunity to work with ABL Space Systems, Pratt and Whitney and Venturi Astrolab.

Kimberly Miranda Reyes

I am a senior at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering, in which I plan to pursue a master's degree. I am a 2024 Brooke Owens Fellow, and have had the opportunity to work with Iridium.
